Like new condition.
The only rounds shot through it were to sight in the scope.
The Bushnell scope that came with it wouldn't hold zero so I mounted a new from the box Nikon Bushmasters ll. I had to buy a weaver multi slot base made specifically for the Axis.
The synthetic stock has a nice feel/fit but was flimsey so I reinforced it inside with fiber glass. The barrel is still free floating.
As you can see I made my own winter camo pattern with automotive paint as that has hardeners. Easy enough to sand odd and paint your way if you wish.
The trigger has been polished so it now has a crisp clean release but still has a decent amount of trigger pull for safety.
This is a nice lightweight hunting set up for anyone. I also have 108 rounds of 150 graing FMJ for an additional $100 and a new in the sealed box three piece set of Lee reloading dies for $35
